As many of you were aware, we had scheduled a Jackson County Biblical Citizenship Academy for this Saturday, October 22nd. We are now excited to share a change of plans. While a full Biblical Citizenship Academy is part of our plans for the area, we want to seize the moment, pray for our state, and discuss our Honoring God campaign.
That’s why, instead, we are holding an Honoring God Prayer Breakfast at 9am at Jackson County Baptist Church (79 Memorial Dr., Jefferson, GA) where we will share briefly about our initiatives, pray for our state, and put this upcoming election before the Lord. Local officials are invited to attend and be prayed over. We have received confirmation from Rep. Emory Dunahoo and Rep. Houston Gaines.
The Honoring God 2022 campaign is a free program by Frontline Policy Council to provide resources to churches and ministry leaders to encourage their people to honor God with their vote. Resources include videos, prayer guides, and information about voter registration and polling locations.
