Babies with beating hearts are set to be protected in the State of Georgia!

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has “vacate[d] the injunction, reverse[d] the judgment in favor of the abortionists, and remand[ed] with instructions to enter judgment in favor of the state officials.”

Judge Steve Jones, an Obama appointee who initially placed the injunction, has now been told to lift it and allow the law to go into effect.

My friends, I moved to Georgia with a big vision– to save babies and achieve wins for life. This is an emotional moment, and I am so grateful to each of you for standing with us and for bold leaders like Gov. Brian Kemp, Sen. Renee Unterman, and Rep. Ed Setzler who made this all happen.

This law is not perfect. Not all lives will be saved. In our culture and at the Capitol, we still have work to do. But I encourage you: REJOICE! This decision will save THOUSANDS of lives immediately.

The battlefield has changed. Our law now recognizes the personhood of the unborn, protects lives, and it deals a mortal blow to the abortion industry.

Now, we have to keep this victory. Everything could change in one election cycle if we fail to win at the ballot box. Help us elect pro-life leaders up and down the ballot with a generous $25, $50, or $100 donation to our election efforts TODAY!

What a moment. What an incredible opportunity. We will continue to update you as we advance the cause of life and implement our bold strategies for a Georgia where all life is cherished.

For Life,
