The Biden-Harris Radical Title IX Rewrite REJECTED!

Last week, the Supreme Court rejected the Biden-Harris administration's radical changes to Title IX, which had just taken effect on August 1st. These changes expanded the definition of "sex" to include gender identity and sexual orientation, compelling schools that receive federal funding to allow biological male students to participate in girls' sports and access female-only spaces.

Background on the Title IX Battle:

  • Implementation: You may remember that despite significant opposition, the new Title IX rules had gone into effect at the start of this month. This raised concerns about the implications for girls' privacy and fairness in sports.

  • State Response: Georgia, together with Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, and 22 other states, challenged the federal overreach. Initially, a federal judge rejected the states' request to block the rule. However, the Atlanta appeals court put a temporary hold on enforcing these changes in the coalition states.

  • Current Status: Thanks to the Supreme Court's decision, the enforcement of these rewritten rules is now blocked, protecting girls' sports and private spaces across the US!

Keep in mind, this significant victory is at risk if Kamala Harris is elected this November. We must mobilize voters across Georgia to keep this win secure and ensure our girls' protections remain intact.

We would like to mention our appreciation to Governor Brian Kemp, who continues to be outspoken on this issue, Lt. Governor Burt Jones, who oversaw the passage of legislation out of the Senate to protect our girls, and Attorney General Chris Carr, who is our tip-of-the-spear fighting the legal battle against the overreach of the Biden Regime.
