FRONTLINE ANNOUNCES 2023-2024 LEGISLATIVE AGENDA

(Newnan, GA) – Today, Frontline, Georgia’s largest and most impactful pro-life, pro-family organization released their legislative priorities for the 2023-2024 legislative session. Building on recent successes under the Gold Dome, Frontline will advocate for legislation that creates a culture of life, enhances educational opportunities for all students, protects the minds and bodies of children, and defends religious freedom.

“During the 2022 Legislative Session, Frontline led the charge to end school indoctrination, protect babies, and advance policies that safeguard families and defend freedom,” said Cole Muzio, President and Founder of Frontline. “Thanks to strong partnerships with Governor Brian Kemp and numerous lawmakers, much of our legislative agenda was signed into law, including legislation to Save Girls’ Sports, shield children from obscenity in the library, and ban divisive and baseless theories like CRT from being taught in the classroom.

“While proud of what we’ve accomplished over the years, we are just getting started. Over the next two years, we will lead the charge to ensure that the Heartbeat Bill, which was recently implemented after the Dobbs decision, is reflected and consistent in all parts of Georgia Code. We will create a culture of life by championing an adoption sponsorship tax credit modeled after the impactful Qualified Education Expense Tax Credit and ban local governments from using our hard-earned tax dollars to fund abortion services and organizations.

“We were created in the image of God as male or female. To protect minors from irreparable harm, we will seek to ban medical treatments performed for the stated purpose of changing a child’s appearance or affirming his or her gender identity. Frontline will also push for websites that showcase pornographic material to adopt and implement age verification technology or be held liable for damages.

“To enhance educational outcomes and ensure that all students can realize their full, God-given potential, we will aggressively champion universal school choice where resources follow the child rather than funding failing public schools. In the fight to Save Our Students from radicalization and indoctrination, we will advocate for restrictions on a state level to prevent political collusion in the school system and affirm in Georgia Code the ability – and right – for students to attend privately sponsored religious instruction during the day.

“In the battle for the soul of Georgia, Frontline will continue to lead the charge. Our bold agenda reflects Frontline’s unapologetic commitment to championing policies that reflect God’s Word and our Christian values. Together, we will save lives, defend families, and change the culture for good.”
